• AI-assisted resources and templates
• Step-by-step business building curriculum
• Professional development content
• Optional group coaching services
• Optional individual coaching services

All services are delivered digitally via web-based access and/or virtual sessions.

User Responsibilities

As a user of NurseEntrepreneur™, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not share or redistribute curriculum materials without permission

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, NurseEntrepreneur™ shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our services or platform. Our coaching and educational content is for informational purposes and should not be considered professional business, legal, or financial advice.

Subscription and Payments

Access to NurseEntrepreneur™ requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected in accordance with state and local regulations.

No Income or Outcome Guarantees

Nurse-Entrepreneur™ provides educational resources, software tools, and coaching support for professional development purposes only.

We do not guarantee income, business success, client acquisition, or financial results. Your results depend on your individual effort, experience, and implementation.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, tools, branding, and platform functionality are the exclusive intellectual property of Nurse-Entrepreneur™.

You may not:

• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Share login credentials
• Resell or sublicense materials

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
