Refund Policy

Overview

Thank you for your purchase of Nurse-Entrepreneur™. Because access to the Platform and digital materials is granted immediately upon purchase, all subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Subscription Access

Once access to the Nurse-Entrepreneur™ platform has been granted, refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Failure to complete the program

You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of prior payments.

Group Coaching

Group coaching sessions are limited to the number of sessions included in your selected plan and must be completed within the subscription period (1 year). Missed sessions are not refundable and may not be rescheduled unless otherwise stated in program guidelines.

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed within the 12-month subscription period. Unused sessions expire at the end of the subscription term and are not refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exceptional Circumstances

Requests for refund consideration due to documented extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed at our sole discretion.
